ProdConfig ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI infrastructure platform at prodconfig.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

2. Information we collect

When you sign in with Google we receive from Google:

  • Your email address
  • Your display name
  • Your Google account ID (used as a stable identifier)
  • Your Google profile picture URL

We also collect usage data generated by your use of the platform: API gateway request logs (including request metadata, token counts, latency, and status codes), project configuration, and API keys you create.

3. How we use your information

  • To identify you and manage your account
  • To provide, operate, and improve the ProdConfig service
  • To display your usage logs and analytics within the platform
  • To contact you about important service updates (we will not send marketing email without your consent)

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Google — to authenticate you via OAuth 2.0
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — to host and operate the service (processors bound by data-processing agreements)
  • Law enforcement — only when required by law or to protect the safety of our users

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Gateway request logs are retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us at [email protected].

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS in transit and encrypted storage for sensitive credentials. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Cookies and sessions

We use a single, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
