1. Acceptance

By accessing or using ProdConfig ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProdConfig provides an AI infrastructure platform including an AI gateway proxy, configuration management, guardrails, and monitoring tools. The Service is provided "as is" during its beta period.

3. Your account

You must sign in via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must not share your API keys or allow unauthorised access to your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Generate, transmit, or store illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission

5. API keys and credentials

You are solely responsible for the API keys and upstream credentials you store on the platform. Keep them secure. We encrypt credentials at rest but you bear responsibility for any misuse resulting from keys you have shared or exposed.

6. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of ProdConfig and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProdConfig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
